Bereavement counselling

Bereavement or loss is a deeply personal and difficult journey. Our bereavement counselling provides a compassionate space to process your grief. We’ll walk alongside you, helping you find peace and healing while navigating the emotional complexities of loss. 

Bodywork for wellbeing

Feel more relaxed and at home in your body

Bodywork for Wellbeing (Holistic Acupressure) is based on the principles, philosophy and techniques of Shiatsu. Each session helps you strengthen your innate sense of calm and confidence, and promotes positive, sustainable change. Enjoy some me-time, and feel gently supported, invigorated and refreshed.

(Only offered in person and on Saturdays.)
